Greeting Cards for the ages, these vintage-inspired cards aim to harken to a yesteryear time of old America, but infuse my own sense of design, character, and intrigue.
My love of Disney shows through these images. I push the imagery of the different Disney villains through my own lense of angular design and simplified ornamental aesthetic. The Art Nouveau and Art Deco design styles are great inspirations in these images.
In this History Figures Series, I aimed to illustrate the idea of these famous figures. In a sense, I take how they fel about themselves, or how they were perceived by society, as inspiration for the image, rather than how they appeared in history. I also aimed to use the limited color palette I began with. Napoleon was the first, and from him, I had to keep going and do the rest.
My love for all things spooky on display here! My Hocus Pocus fanart of the three witches, and my self-insert ‘Introvert Spooks’ on display, - I’m under the sheet in the back!
More to come in this series. A display of the silliness and ridiculousness that Florida has to offer. I aim to parody different famous works and make them feel - beachy? Haha!
